Below is a general schedule of prices for my services at Weddings, Funerals, and all other events. This is only a guide and in no way reflects the exact cost of your particular event. All prices quoted include a quality performance on an instrument known for its difficulty in playing, professionally executed, a performer dressed in standard traditional Scottish Highalnd attire, and music at the date and time of client's desire. Please note that prices may vary and are subject to change without notice. WEDDING PACKAGES
Package W0. Base Rate $125 (minimum fee for all bookings)
Includes: Attendance at wedding only (no rehearsal included), including either playing twenty (20) to thirty (30) minutes before the service as guests arrive, processional, during the service, recessional, or at the receiving line. Within city limits only.
Package W1. Basic $150
Includes: Attendance at wedding only (no rehearsal included), including processional, during the service, recessional, and at the receiving line. Within city limits only.
Package W2. Standard $175
Includes: Attendance at wedding only (no rehearsal included), including playing twenty (20) to thirty (30) minutes before the service as guests arrive, processional, during the service, recessional, and at the receiving line. Within city limits only.
Package W3. Conventional $225
Includes: Attendance at wedding and rehearsal, including playing twenty (20) to thirty (30) minutes before the service as guests arrive, processional, during the service, recessional, and at the receiving line. Within city limits only.
Package W4. Deluxe $300
Includes: Attendance at wedding and rehearsal, including playing twenty (20) to thirty (30) minutes before the service as guests arrive, processional, during the service, recessional, at the receiving line, and one (1) hour at reception. Within city limits only.
FUNERAL PACKAGES
Package F0. Base Rate $125 (minimum fee for all bookings)
Includes: Attendance at funeral service only, including playing hearse to graveside and graveside service. Within city limits only.
Package F1. Basic $150
Includes: Attendance at memorial and graveside services, including playing hearse to graveside and graveside service. Within city limits only.
Package F2. Standard $200
Includes: Attendance at memorial and graveside services, including playing processional (up to .5 mile), hearse to graveside and graveside service. Within city limits only.
Package F3. Conventional $225
Includes: Attendance at memorial and graveside services, including playing twenty (20) to thirty (30) minutes before the service as guests arrive, playing processional (up to .5 mile), hearse to graveside and graveside service. Within city limits only.
GENERAL PACKAGES (Including Corporate and Private Parties, Rehearsals, Festivals, Parades, and All Other Events.)
Package G0. Base Rate $125 (minimum fee for all bookings)
Includes: Attendance at booking. This package is highly customizable. Modifications may affect the price. Within city limits only.
Package G1. Studio $75 per hour (minimum one hour)
Includes: Attendance at studio booking. This package is highly customizable. Can compose and arrange for a fee. Modifications may affect the price. Within city limits only.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Travel Mileage $.39 per mile
Travel for bookings outside of city limits. Computed and added to cost prior to booking.
Learning New Tunes $25 per tune
Though, your bagpiper has an extensive repertoire that he can customize to accommodate any venue and any occasion, he may not be familiar with a tune you may request. Please ask if you have a special request!
Lodging and Overnight Accomodations
Client must provide for all lodging and overnight accomodations.
